I just ran across this word (I'd seen it before, but forgotten about it), and I have to say, it pretty much captures what this administration is up to. Here's the definition:Extreme nationalism characterized especially by a belligerent foreign policy; chauvinistic patriotism. Can anyone argue that this doesn't apply to today's adminstration and their fervent supporters? I can see I'm going to have to start using this term more frequently.

Hmmm. I want to write some more on the Patriot Act, what it includes, and why it's bad news, so look for a blog entry in the future.
